I don't think they are the first because as far as I remember LBRY is also offering a decentralized video hosting, I could be wrong please correct me, but I like the fact you reward users for their activity on the site, I've also read the interview with the team and you guys seem really passionate and are willing to work so hard for this project and that's a plus because behind every successful ico is a strong team. Why there is no links to the team members linkedin pages? 6 months ago it was ok to conduct an ICO with no product, but now, just a whitepaper and landing page is definitely not enough. Looks very suspicious and scamy.

The product is under construction. If it does not already exist, this does not mean that the project is a scam.

This could actually have a good success if you achieve to get on board famous youtubers, first to do your project promotion in one of their video, and then to make an exclusive video for your platform.
