ICO completed, unfortunately not all tokens were sold. The money will be returned to investors, the project is postponed until better times.  

I think this project lacks promotion and campaign programs. Many people and investors do not know about your project.
Maybe next time you can make a special marker
ting team for your promotional program or your project campaign. and I suggest you to increase the allocation of bounty prizes.
