Has anyone been able to get a Kore wallet running on a raspberry pi? I just got one and I'm curious to see if it's possible before I start trying.

Yes sir, I can write it up if you are interested. I used the OpenSuse 64 bit distro.

Staking KORE on a low power RaspPi would be awesome!  I have a couple laying around the house.  I used them as the cpu for gridseed scrypt mining.  If you need me to help test let me know.

Korecoin is now my largest holding. I'm putting my trust in MikeMike, he always seems to be around and is quick to answer any questions on Discord.

I will second that. He is a fantastic project manager and I'm sure with his guidance this coin will do well

I had a BTC transaction take a few days not long ago and there are "ways" to help push it through.
My worst one took about 3 weeks about 6 months ago. The person who sent it had realized
they hardly put anything towards the transaction fees.
I do trust the blockchain technologies so I dont worry much and it was not a critical payment
but for someone sending critical funds it is traumatic.

Go KORE!  it's at $3 each without the new wallet launched, tech rollout, and working master/service nodes...once the tech is rolled out the price will jump (how much is the question)

my advice, as soon as the wallet is released have KORE available to create nodes...be prepared!   (KORE at bargain prices right now, take advantage)
