What kind of functions does this ATM provide?

It is to be used at the first Brazil Bitcoin Conference and will be at the KORE Booth there.
You can purchase BTC with it.
The Company is considering adding KORE to the supported coins along with LTC and ETH.

Is it popular? do ppl use it often?

It will see the first use at the Conference and then be deployed in a high traffic location.
There is a great need for them there so we project it will do well.

Question about staking, it should be 25% ROI?

I stake 6k, that should give 4 kore per day? because i only got 0.486 kore per day, which is 2-3% ROI.

It is not 25% ROI just for staking.
Plus as we have noted we are reviewing the difficulty.

25% is overall.
Staking supports the 10% to the dev fund and the % to the Masternodes.

Hi just found this. Read the roadmap on the OP. Are you on track with it so far and are all items still going to be implemented or built?

Absolutely.
I/WE will not stop till they are all a reality.

MikeMike

Good stuff if you pull all of your ideas off this is another interesting one!

The End All Be All to Kore Fixes

Windows Fix:
Shut Down Kore:

Open your File Explorer and there will be a bar with your current folder at the top. Click on it and it should turn blue and give the root route to your current folder. Paste the following location as is and hit return to go directly to your Kore folder
Code:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Kore
(alternativly you can open File Explorer and click on the menu tab "view" and select "Hidden items" then navigate to the above directory)
Delete all files and folders but kore.conf, wallet.dat, /Onion, /Tor

&&&IF you don't understand this part I give another way of how to do this below, right above linux fix&&&
Open a Command Prompt instance and navigate to the directory with kore.exe
e.g. if kore is in your downloads folder and inside another folder named kore you would type
Code:
cd Downloads/kore

Once you are inside your kore folder insert the following command.
Code:
Kore-qt.exe -zapwallettxes -reindex

&&&&&&
If you didn't understand how to navigate to your kore folder through command line another way to do this is to open your kore folder in File Explorer and then Shift+Right_Click anywhere in the folder and select "open cmd window here"

Linux Fix:

Shut down Kore:
(If using daemon use kore-cli stop)

Getting Ready:
Open a terminal

If Daemon paste the following command, if not continue to remove chain:
Code:
ps aux|grep [k]ored
Hit return, if there is no output kore has shut down completely and you can move to the next step, if there is please wait for kore to shut down completely

Remove Chain:
In terminal paste the following command and hit return.
Code:
rm -r ~/.kore/chainstate ~/.kore/blocks ~/.kore/backups

Remove non critical files
In terminal paste the following commands and hit return.
Code:
cd ~/.kore
Code:
rm banlist.dat budget.dat db.log debug.log fee_estimates.dat kored.pid mncache.dat mnpayments.dat peers.dat

Start Kore Back Up
Code:
kore-qt -zapwallettxes -reindex
(or if daemon kored -zapwallettxes -reindex)

Thanks Matrix for all your help! The Masternode setup on the website is very simple to follow. I have never set up a Masternode before and it was easy to understand the directions and get the MN running.

While our lead dev works on all the issues, I have, with the permission of the CTO, created an application to automate the EABA Fix. I will create a shell file for linux users in a few moments. to use the application you must first shut down kore-qt. after that just run the application. the first time it runs there will be a popup explaining everything, after that initial run the application will no longer do the popup but will only delete the files and alert you when finished. on my machine this whole process took less than 2 seconds.
you can download the EABA fix application here

https://www.kore.life/Downloads/KoreEABAFix.exe

Enjoy!

Ok Kore family... as promised... I have created the Masternode guide... please give credit to Matrix as well as he contributed to get this written up for the public...

https://www.kore.life/Home/MasterNode

Thanks for the guide Huck.

What is the minimum hardware requirements? I ask because I'd like to stand up at least 50 KORE master nodes. Is there a more cost effective method then renting 50 separate vps instances @ $20 a month each?

thanks,
john

Why would anyone set up 50 KORE Mn's if they could make 2x the profit with other Mn coins? Economically, this does not make any sense. And with $100K, it's not about sympathy and support for the KORE project either, that's serious money.

Just curious.

KORE Masternodes are at about 140% per year.
DASH are 8-10% per year.
Your calculations are off.
For a Masternode that has been setup for awhile and only calculations on last days current payouts they are getting 220.00 +- per month.
Even if the returns were like you say...
We have good Community supporting KORE till the difficulty is worked out which will make it even better.
In case you did not know of the coming adjustment.

It is Windows node.

Windows,... no wonder.
Until the Update that is addressing the Windows wallet issues I would not recommend setting up
a Windows Masternode if you are looking for the highest payouts.
