Hi they did not have a bitcoin talk account at time of transition. They are not my friends, just people who approached interested in CHRC and giving it the growth it needs, and who have the resources and network to do so. The new person leading was even announced on the site, and it had nothing to do with hoping for a price increase. They approached us a month after we went from a coin to a Stellar Token, but had other business to finish first so they could dedicate the time needed.
The telegram link may not be interactive, but that is what they will use for now, and I will send the page link on here later were they may post also. I will relay the message that everyone would like some feedback from their side.
