They have the same issue as we did yesterday with the wallet, balances were not correct, but we fixed it on an ubuntu 16.04 server VPS and the exchange is also running ubuntu 16.04. We send them the solution yesterday, so I assume the fix will be there in the next days. If it is not, the whole exchange is pure scam !!

I posted this on our forum as well, but what you think Olivier about :

1)  create B2B miner on mobile and make mobile wallet, just something like electroneum is doing, as there are not so many minable coins on mobile it would be much better advertising than actual spamming in Twitter/FB, etc.  there are plenty of miners in store, i believe they can be "copied" and mobile wallet for our coin could be created,

2) after that add some kind of rewards system at that miner/wallet :
                  
                       a) QUIZ - what are B2B values/ roadmap/clients/etc (increases homepage viewers/makes our followers to get to know coin) - for example 1-2 coins for every question
                           answered correctly (could be updated
                      
                       b) make some kind of "Levels" for member and for each level reached members get reward (level could depend on quizes taken/tasks in poin c) done))

                       c) add rewards for tasks done:
      
                                    c.1.  mine with phone 24h in a weak (1 coin reward) - 1 time reward
                                    c.2.  share us with twitter/fb (add buttons in wallet for share) - 5-10 coins reward(must be relatively high rewards to make incentive to post on us
                                           twitter/other media - will increase coins popularity dramatically)
                                    c.3.  make transactions from mobile wallet  = reward 1 coin
                                    c.4.  etc.

I understand that developing such tool is time consuming and not so easy, and I dont have knowledge to do this, but if that could be done in 2-3 month, I think it would reach much more masses that twitter aidrops.

Anything about this? Do you host a bootstrap files somewhere? Do i need to download the whole blockchain again?

Ok, i think i solved this problem. I just deleted the index files (DB directory), not the blockchain.. and it seems it worked.

So if you update the command line wallet (or the new config file), you most likely need to delete your DB directory also.
