Hi guys , i saved some money to invest in crypocurrency around 2500€ ( aproximatly 3000$) for long term profit (5-10 years)
Did some research and i'm thinking to invest in :
* NEO
* IOTA
* OMISEGO
* RIPPLE
* ETHEREUM
* DIGIBYTE
what do you think of this portfolio , what would have you done and why ?
i'm fairly new to cryptocurrency so some adivice are needed.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Don't do this. You've missed this train. If NEO goes to $100 for example, those that got it at $2 would make a killing, you would only do 100%. And it might not even go there. All the coins listed have a huge market cap already, if you want to keep it safe, go for it, but don't expect to potentially get more than 5k. If and when... Go for new or lower cap coins. There it's possible to make a killer return on your investment. I would do 1,5k for potential insane returns Great idea & team Shift (POS kind of) Nimiq Shitcoins that will get PUMPED, just don't miss it Condensate (POS) Spectrecoin (POS) and 1k for safe stuff like the ones you mentioned, I would do NEO OMISEGO |

Because amonth is not so big i wouldnt divide it too much. If i were you i would choose IOTA and digibyte. You can use digibyte as mid term investment and shift to another coin when you make enough profit from dgb. |

Received some more money so i'm more looking to build a portfolio around 5000€ ( $5800):
how should i balance my porfolio , don't mind taking risk (until some extent) with the money as i don't need it for now ,
@elektibi75 : yes, i'm willing to put money in ICOs ( around 500-1k)
What do you think of the possible growth of ethereum and neo ?
Someone is intersted to guide me by skype or discord ?

i don't trust ico too much, last icos price were all overpriced and as soon the coin went on exchanges dumped hard to half ico price

I would strongly recommend:
-0X strong team, beautiful project, perfect ico with a proportional token distribution, it could reach at least 10x
-BYTOM stong chinese investor base, intresting project, it could reach at least 10x
-WAGER intresting project, stable price, near to some release, it will be huge
-SHIFT good purpose, good team, costant development, lack of marketing, it could reach 100x
-QRL wonderful project and purpose, strong team, costant development, lack of marketing, on september Genesis block, it could reach 10x
-SONM under ico price, constant development, in accumulation phase, it could reach 50x
These are all the coins I'm currently investing in and i'm heavily convinced that all will be huge. Some are big enought some small with a big room of growth.
as always after our advice make your own research.

50x? No way! They are way far behind their competitors and do not have any major advantages over them. |

Put your money on Shift. I'm serious. I'm not here to spam a coin. Look at the project. Decentralised web is a trillion dollar market. Also, the dev team is amazing. Shift has no marketing now but things will change in Q3 2017. Marketing will be started. Trust me, it would be $100. At least, 10X would be easy for Shift.
By the way, Shift already has a working product in testnet.

Don't buy shift that's the same idea as maidsafecoin. Look at where that one is.
You want long term, that's easy, its called EOS.

I would choose ethereum and iota from that list. IOtA has a good alternative for crypto world. And i hear iota from more people everyday. I believe that it will raise in long term. Ethereum is already priced but i believe that after gpu mining ends ethereum price will raise as well. |

Your list is not that bad in my opinion. Since you are planing a very very long term investment you should be very picky. Because it's cyrptocurrencie after all and anything can happen , a coin that you trust can go down to zero in 3 years. So be extra careful and do good analysis before you put your money.
A last thing , you can add waves to your list easily.
