As a newbie and this being a brand new account, paying with PayPal for bitcoins here will not be easy. No escrow will mediate a trade like this.

PayPal is a high risk reversible payment method.

And 300 Euros is a lot of money.

Yeah, I think I am going to buy 200€ worth bitcoins, but to ensure safety and not to get scammed, i buy first a little amount.

Localbitcoins.com would be a good way to find someone to trust.
I think you will find Paypal is not acceptable there either.
You could also try a Bitcoin ATM
Check https://coinatmradar.com/ perhaps there is something near you?
