I am using the GUIMiner that everyone is using. Which flags should I set for optimal performance? I have researched this, and it seems that there is very little advice for those of us using Nvidia GPUs. I know, they are less efficient.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

In all sincerity, I am saying this to save you time and money:

You shouldn't waste your time mining on your 560Ti.  IIRC, the 560Ti gets around 85-100MH/s, right?  You are going to be generating a LOT of heat and power, with very little in return -- especially as the new difficulty increase is right around the corner.  The reason you don't see much talk about 560Ti on this board is because so few people are actually mining with them.

I think you are better off buying/selling BTC on the market, trying to gain a return that way.

I agree. trading . OR sell that card and get a few nice ATI's. ATI's gpu's are just much better for doing this. Have a look at this
