The website design is clean and easy to use. I really enjoyed the overview page of the mixing process, which features detailed information on how your transaction will be held, especially at the bottom where it shows all the incoming and outgoing transactions and the calculator tool.

I choose the transaction to be delayed by 1 hour. Result: I got my mixed coins after exactly 1 hour after the first network confirmation.
My suggestions:

1. Allow people to choose a random delay from X to Y hours.
2. Allow people to choose a delay for each output address.
3. Let people extend their order for more time. 24 hours may not be enought if the user sends a transaction with a super low fee by mistake.
4. Make it possible to delete every log from your order instantly after successfully receiving the coins - instead of waiting 24 hours.

1. It's always random +-, i mean, if you set 10 hours you will not receive your coins after exactly 10 hours, it can be 11h, or even 9.5h (random is about 10% of total time, but yes, even random is random and can be more or less 10% ). We already thought about it.
2. Should be good idea! But as we can see from statistics our users prefer to use only one output address in about 95% orders  
3. Order is valid only for 24 hours, so, if your transaction didn't confirm this time, you can get money back by contact us via email with attaching letter of guarantee. We'll think about some feature of prolongation of order time, in this case, manually by user.

This is my first time doing a mixing service although I know what is the sole purpose of it.

• The site looks good and it loads fast in normal browser don't know in .onion
• You have the right to customize everything and you can download the letter of guaranteed which signed a message it is clearly stated, however the txt file seems random maybe if it is written with passion I could read it faster.
• The minimum fees are too much for a normal person like me but you can have a 50% discount if you write a review from other forum and send it to them via email.
• I didn't see the attention box at first I thought I might lost my BTC if you change the attention box before looking for discount box I will see it first.

Is your partner program already in operation or it is not available as of yet? Wanted to check out whether this is a good investment or not considering that you offer a charity for investors: you give half of your profit instead of a 60-40 or 70-30 term. Also, a small signature campaign would be nice to gain that little publicity and in order to build up some trust that a service—especially mixers and exchanges—really needs.

Ok I have sent bitcoin and received mixed coin in my address instantly after 1 confirmation in my deposit.

I have selected instant mixing with 0.8% mixing fee and site shows fee of (0.8% + 0.0005BTC per address) and it seem correct on output transaction details.

Mixing was smooth and site automatically detects incoming transactions which is quite nice (but there seems to be some delay on displaying those changes).

I love the concept of that code feature to insure completely anonymity in future.

Tried your mixing service for the first time, it's easy and smooth. The main page interface is nice, simple, and quite intuitive. The process also very quick, my whole mixing process from creating order to coins being sent to destination address only took 15 minutes (I chose instant mixing and got lucky on my blockchain confirmation time ). The order page is also as nice as the main landing page, it is clean and very informative.

Here are some suggestions:

1. Display address QR Code on order page. Am I missing something? Kinda weird not able to find QR code for the input address. Is there any particular reason for this? I mean yeah we can easily click the address and get redirected to blockchain explorer (which is nice), but there should be an on-page QR code as it's already become a standard now.

2. I read the FAQ and read that you can send any amount while in fact there is a limit on how many Bitcoin you can mix here.





3. Grammar and spelling. There are some spelling and grammar mistakes on your site, especially in the Wallet page. I'm not a native English speaker, but these mistakes are quite obvious. It doesn't cause a major problem, but to make your site look more professional it's good to have no such mistake. Example:



4. Add "Destination" (or any other suitable terms) before "Bitcoin address" in this box. Just for more clarity.

Did just test BitMix's mixing service on their clearnet site for the first time.
The fees are pretty well explained, without any hidden fees and you can choose the coins to be mixed with 0.8-3% fee + 0.0005BTC per address. The mixing process was pretty simple, verifying the letter of guarantee, to know that the payment address is a right one. However they only refresh the balances once every 10-15 minutes, so i hope there would be something on the order site that said "Be aware that our mixer refreshes balances every 10-15 minutes. Thank you for your patience." or something similar to notify people that the mixing process is not instant after 1 confirmation. I had a pretty good experience  with their mixer. Would recommend using their service.

I have tested the site under REVIEW CAMPAIGN and here is my review :

INTERFACE

First of all about user interface. I used site on my phone and loaded within seconds. Site was fully compatible with phone so there is no problem on this front.
Also main page is simple and adequate on info grounds, hence ensure user won't left in confusion on how to use site.

OPERATION

Once you fill destination address, delay hours and fees, it takes you to an order receipt page where input address is given along with "Letter of Guarantee' which is more or less signed message hence ensure that your money is safe. After you send BTC on input address, it will wait for 1 confirmation and then send btc on destination address according to delay hours. However, in my case it took around 10 more minutes even after getting 2 confirmations to process the payment eventhough I set delay as 'instant'. However this isn't of much concern as far as delay won't go more prolong than this.
So overall operation of the site is legitimate and I didn't find any step to be shady.

SUGGESTIONS

I feel 0.01 BTC is a bit high. 0.005 BTC could attract more customers.
Delay hours is a great addon. You could promote it as schedule BTC payment feature with integration in wallet.

3. I like overall design of the site but can't mixing be done in just one page, not like redirecting through several pages. I think you can use ajax to make page preloaded instead of plain HTML which you might be using right now.

4. There was no any problem with mixing although, fee seems quite high (network fees) for small amount of mixing. However 0.8% + 0.0015BTC is not quite big for huge amount of bitcoin.

2. if you using clearnet URL with TOR browser exit nodes can use MITM attack to sniff traffic and change it, for example, change input address and scam you. Site asking you to redirect to .onion domain to avoid it.
3. It's already "ajaxed", when status of order changes it's automatically refresh the page.
4. It depends. If you, for example, mix 10 btc - you will receive tons of transactions and even 0.0015 will not cover it. We'll think how to organize it better.

Letter of guarantee is provided by all but on your website, there is an order id is provided so we can go and check the status while on other sites you have to manually check it and the best part is that you can delete it manually anytime after receiving your coins into your wallet.

The interface is good and one has not to make extra effort to make mixing possible as everything is there on the front page to start the process.

I just tried BitMix.

As an end user, I must say I had a nice user experience. Simple GUI, easy to understand, fast loading of website, fast transactions, transparency and simple to use. Overall, a great mixer.

BitMix is indeed better than the competitors. What I want to suggest you all is that have a initial kick start by investing extensively for a better advertising campaign. You are only targeting BitcoinTalk users with your signature campaign. But you should try Google ads and Twitter campaign as well to reach out better audience.  Do these campaigns for initial some weeks and then continue if they are profitable or get back to signature campaign. You have the potential to beat other mixers( I really liked your mixer! ). All what you need is a better start. I suggest you to have an extensive advertising campaign for a month. I believe whatever customer you'll bring in initially, some percentage of them will return back as well.

Also, I want to know what is your target number of users and how much traffic your mixer can handle.
