Totally agree with you. It is not convenient for everyone to enter their data here. And no one can control their participation. It is not only not convenient but it does not guarantee your participation in this project.

In this forum, why are campaign managers not giving chances to new potential translators? How would you know if someone who have no previous translations done yet is good or maybe better than your current translators if you wont give them a chance or give them a try instead? Or just ask them to give samples? I'm just curious because as i've observe as the ANN thread is posted most are also posting reserved individuals for translations on certain languages. I hope you wont mind to answer me.
