This is why instead of playing these games casinos should just PERMANENTLY remove the faucet.

They are wasting the gamblers time and energy into thinking he might actually win big from faucet and make a withdraw.

They are wasting the admin supports time in having to verify every withdraw.

How hard is to to add a fake BTC option to gamble and try out the site before making a deposit.

Casinos in Vegas don't give people free pennies and they don't have this issue.

That's a good idea having try outs must be observed prior putting up a deposit because we don't know yet what's the actual outcome by the time we are dong our bets. For me we can't rely on faucet because it's considered as freebies like thus of fiat gambling having some promos and offers, same as with online gambling. If you're they thought they've been cheated, well it's easy just email the admins supports for that so that you concerns will be attained. This forum can only give a certain advice but the recipient personally is the one needed to communicate for this concerns.

Never read their TOS, but they should state that the faucet is for "recreation purposes", or just for trying the games for free.
They could apply a rollover to the coins gained from faucet, or just informing users that they are not supposed to withdraw those coins. If they don't make that very clear, things like this will probably happen all the time, and it will be bad for the casino and the users as well.

I think there may be a mistake when you make a withdrawal or there may be certain things that make you a failure in withdrawal, to my knowledge Bitsler is a great site and there has been no fraud or cheating issues in it. Me and my friend are safe playing in bitsler.

Baryom already replied that he was using more than two accounts and some faucet farming tips so their system auto blocks this kind of account withdrawals. I don't think for these reasons any casinos will release the funds. Faucet money is only for playing games not for making a profit out of it.

This is a nice idea but there would be some disadvantage of it because not all faucet players are just those people who do make abuse of it because there would be cases that faucets would be the cause too to hooked up a potential regular player from their site but this is just for unusual cases because we all know that there are lots of faucet abusers than on potential players and also if you did put fake money i would say the interest on playing on the site would really be lessen for sure.

If the value of faucet remain the same no matter on what level she/he is, 200 satoshi for example, I bet the number of people who will wasting their time to get profit from faucet will be decreased.

Removing a faucet is a catch-22 though. While it may result in incremental loses it also drives traffic and helps establish a community. A bitcoin casino is nothing without a community.

I think it will not reduce because people who can reach higher level are mostly playing with their money, not from the faucet money. If they can ready to wager so many coins to reach those high levels will not abuse faucet money. The people who can't afford to spend money but still want to make money from gambling are the one abusing this faucet money.

It's a minimal amount of losses. Overall, the faucet hunters are taking in maybe 300 satoshi every time. That's nothing. As a whole, maybe it costs you $20/1000 people/day. The amount you get from the additional interest in users (who see the large traffic [despite it being mainly low-stakes gamblers] and thus have more faith in the casino) overcomes the cost of maintaining the faucet. It is only when you have a specific small demographic of users who are driving away at the faucet constantly to try and win the pittance of money for free (though it does add up eventually) that you want to bring an end to it. Thus capping the # of faucet claims is a reasonable solution.
I was wondering if it would be possible to bring up an ad every time a user attempted to claim the faucet. This would both nullify the cost of the faucet and could allow users to continually use it.

High rank/rollers didn't use faucet for several times, It's just a penny compared on what they are risking. But I'm actually discouraged on what the admin of Bitsler reply. Claiming on faucet even for two accounts is not a big a deal for me. I mean it's amount is just minimal and it is very limited. I'm honestly own two accounts on bitsler but the other account is for my bank which I sometimes used to claim faucet and play when it is empty.

If the rule is in the TOS about claiming faucet using a two or more account or if there is a rule that accounts can be disabled anytime due to abuse/bitsler decision, then its a end story for the OP.
It's simple, like if you're in another house then you should follow their rules, you're the visitor and they are the owner. That's why there are some site that shows the TOS before completing the registration, that's the purpose of it.

I was wondering if it would be possible to bring up an ad every time a user attempted to claim the faucet. This would both nullify the cost of the faucet and could allow users to continually use it.

Technically possible I think but the site owner would not like that even the users because of formality. It can also redirect a potential player to the site/product that the ad will show, so it means a decrease in profit. For example, I've seen a good deal on the ad and it's a limited edition one, instead for me to deposit & play with my money I'd rather buy that and play some another time. (Not really sure if this is a valid argument but there is a chance I think)

Do you mean that most of the abusers are those who have bigger faucet level? I dont think so, bigger faucet level=bigger bankroll players who are not really care about the faucet because they can easily play with their deposit money. Big bamkroll players wont waste their time to try to win from faucet.

But you cannot erase that scenario would possible to be happen since as you said there they had bigger faucet level that can claim huge to the normal levels and they can used it for certain abused for little while but this case is pretty rare since I'm sure that they will not waste their account to get banned since high bankroll player might surely got a reputation on the site where he played for.

Removing a faucet is a catch-22 though. While it may result in incremental loses it also drives traffic and helps establish a community. A bitcoin casino is nothing without a community.

This is not true with faucets. Having a faucet doesn't really create profit if most people use it and abuse it. Yes its true that a site with a faucet can get more hits than a site without one. Primarily because you get to test out your method, the strategy, speeds, laggyness, etc and its easier than committing and having to make a first deposit just to test out the site.

However all this can be simply solved by demo BTC play money. Or if casinos simply used the BTC testnet for their faucets. However that is much more technical for most people.

Is faucet farming really such a big deal for casinos ? How much could they possibly lose I mean it's a faucet the amount of traffic you get from a faucet farmer should far outweigh the cost surely ?

Yes, it is a big deal.  Paying up to .5 Bitcoin a month to people that have zero interest in actually using your service is a huge bill to swallow.
Why add a faucet then?

Like everyone said faucet is not for someone to abuse, it just for new member to test their site before make any deposit to their site. More over if I can say they should lowered the faucet or may be set limit for each day on each people depends on the level. This is the best option for noe due to the current price
Give a limit for each day is a good idea but how if they create many account, that's will not give other problem too for dice game site. i think if the owner of dice site doesn't want faucet get abuse by the people, they must shut it down.

From the start, most of the site already limit each account for their site. I believe all people already know this but they keep on doing it again. I do not understand why people keep on abusing faucet, this is not worth of your time. Let see it this way, A abuse it to get X amount and I do not think that they can easily withdrawn and some of the site even limit their member on particpating on their giveaway so I do not see why people are still abuse it anyway

Demo BTC money is not the same as real money. Gamblers that play with dust chase the idea of building into a solid bankroll which can be near impossible. It keeps them around and creates a community. People that use test funds are testing the functionality of a website to decide if they want to actively play on that site. They have two different uses, although the faucet could serve as both.

You need to stop looking at faucet players as bad for business. Faucet players are the product. They help establish trust, they fill chat rooms, they are often bumping your thread, they tell their friends, marginally increase volume, and if by any means they do get bitcoin they will likely place on your site first.

It is a different industry, but look at Facebook. Facebook provides a free product which costs them billions of dollars a year to maintain. There platform is designed to attract users and keep current users active. Why? Its because activity establishes community which in return allows them to sell advertisements. Users, whether they are power users or not are the product that Facebook sells.

I think they should remove the faucet and add the bonus on every level. as a regular player on bitsler I have seen everyone made 2 accounts and they get the faucet and when they reach 0.005 they tip this amount to other account. so they play like this and earn money from faucet. I think this is against the bitsler policy.

just like this.
