I have been waiting for replenishment for two days. 2 payments were sent via qiwi system. what is the problem? why my money is not credited to the account on the exchange? where should I go to expedite the solution?

The exchange has not withdraw ACM for more than 24 hours, no transaction ID has been assigned, technical support is not responding.

But on the official website of Actinium - https://actinium.org/#explorer - there is a link to another explorer - https://explorer.actinium.org/ - new blocks are constantly being generated in it.

I don't know what this coin is or why do you bother with it, but it seems they've disabled the explorer2 (it's red on their site).
Therefore the https://explorer.actinium.org/ which you linked seems to be their only supported explorer at the moment.
Maybe Crex24 was taking data from that explorer? But then again, it's a withdrawal that has been stuck, not a deposit, so they shouldn't need an explorer for that.

Many thanks. ACM deposits/withdrawals were re-enabled.

But my funds were not returned to the account and were not withdrawal to the address. Withdrawal operation also remain with an unassigned TxID.

But what if user use the VPN? We do not forbid it.

Each new ip address should be confirmed via email address.
User make login attempt, we send the email, that: "There was a login attempt from this IP, please confirm".
After that user can login to his/her account from new IP.

Yes it was long time since did not log into crex, the first attempt i got an email and confirmed, i did buy the coin you just listed yestarday and i left for a couple minute, when i come back to the pc to withrawall the coin to my personal wallet someone manage to sell my coin change in eth and withrawall to their personall eth wallet!

Maybe it's not an issue, but a feature!
It's called Zero currency so maybe it's meant to be 0 balance all the time? Roll Eyes

To give you a serious answer, your transaction was very recent when you posted here, I'm sure by now you'll have the coins in your account.

The steps on the menu to find the incoming/outgoong transactions (even the unconfirmed ones) is the following,
My Account > Reports > Payment History
