Yesterday sent my BBS to Crex24. Not arrived. Support kidding me. Screenshot sent, transaction sent. No new reply.
If you sent tx id - I believe, support will help you. This is last reply from support, 3 days ago: "Hello, Your deposit will be credited into your account soon, please wait Thanks for your patience. Sorry for inconveniences Best wishes, Crex24 support" Then, how many time is SOON for you?  ? |

Hi ,
about 2 hours ago I deposited about 0.1 ethereum to your exchange but the 'payment status' is still 'processing' with 9/12 confirmations , but i checked the txhash on etherscan and it got more than 120 confirmation in about 1 hour ago , I even tried to contact with support but still no answer received !
is there any problem ?

edit : just now it got 3 more confirmation and status is "successful" , took so much time( about 4 hours) for deposit buy anyway thanks, I like this exchange!

Why support didn't check how trades is going?
Seems trade engine was broken 2 weeks ago.
Example - BCH, price is 0.14125501
but last trades are:
10.06.2018 14:22 0.14287536 0.00594003
10.06.2018 14:22 0.14287400 0.00554358
10.06.2018 14:22 0.14282400 0.02114080
Guys complained about unfilled/unexecuted orders a lot as well but I can't confirm it by myself.
