Here's my ratings on the 3 ICOs you have chosen. The rating will be among this 3 ICOs.

Filecoin: 5. There are a few similar business models around. STORJ, Siacoin, SONM and etc

Social : 8. Interesting, the business offers a number of products we can use like Marketplace and there is a debit card for spending.

KICK ICO: 9. Platform for offering ICO, see the success in ETH and NEO. With ICOs using kickico platform, there will be demands in the tokens.

Filecoin can become big, but it's way too early to get my funds. SIA is the way to go if you want to invest in cloud storage, they allready have the whole thing up and running, including file sharing!!! which is going to explode soon when all the sw pirates finds out that files can be stored without 3rd parties taking them down again!

1.You shouldn't take any advises.Do your own research before blindly investing.If you're too dumb to not do that,I'm afraid you will be any good at making profit from the ICO's.
2.KIckICO is a good call.I mean that's what I would choose given the above options.
