I do. It takes months to get a reply from ocminer	1 (100%)

Suprnova.cc Pool Support

Hi

Because I believe a community like this one can help.
I have created a thread in the hope to get a better service from Suprnova.cc.

I have had multiple payout issues at Suprnova.cc which got solved after waiting a couple of months to finally get a reply from ocminer.
Now I am having a problem with the stratums which I can solve because I am using a cloud mining service and I can't switch pools.
