Can someone please mind to tell me hosting name of this forum/.

Private internet access used to provide hosting and some time before that MtGox handled hosting.

I am not sure why handles hosting nowadays, however the forum is using a reverse proxy and afaik you cannot connect to the forum directly.

All that tells you is that the domain is registered at (I assume) Namecheap. It tells you nothing about the hosting of the site.
