I always educate them about bitcoin? but they usually resist about digital currency.

It's because a lot of scams are rampant nowadays. People are really interested in having extra income even when they're just at home and there's a lot of advertisements that offers extra income, but the problem is a lot of people are scammed and that's why some people are hesitant to believe everything when it comes to earning.

They may be uninformed. Usually people who do not know or do not trust bitcoin that lack information. If they know the value of the current bitcoin, surely they will soon want to have bitcoin.
It is pretty simple for them to don't believe in bitcoin and that is they don't have enough knowledge and information about bitcoin at the first place. It is quite normal for people to hesitate on trying thing they've usually do not used to with. So bitcoin as a form of crypto-currency which is set to be anew form of currency that is aligned to technology it is hard for them to take risk and to deal with bitcoin system. So the best thing to do is to informed people about the real system of bitcoin and how could they make profit out of bitcoin.

Exactly same reason heard from my many friends and to whom I tried to introduce Bitcoin. They are not clear on how this works and lack of proper knowledge and fear is restricting them from believing Bitcoin. Sudden price rise also made them frightened even more as generally with normal investment instruments it doesn't happens. But many just casually accepts and tries to learn, which is a positive side.

I always educate them about bitcoin? but they usually resist about digital currency.

It is because they are afraid of something from the internet especially if it involves money. They are afraid of the term "investment" so it is a defense mechanism of people to neglect something when they hear/read such terms. We cannot blame them, you have done your part about educating and spreading the word about Bitcoin. All will depend on them, whether they accept Bitcoin or not, the important part is we tried to introduce Bitcoin to others.

Don't push yourself to any people who doesn't know what you are talking, let them see what you are talking. A lot of people are actually too hesitant to follow what you have told them because they might get the expectation again of what was happening to them before. For the no experience people they will always follow what you told them to, but depends on what surround by them.

You don't educate them about bitcoin, that is an alien thing to most (99.9999%).

You best educate them about the network effects that are at work in this world. Whatever can potentially touch the life of every person on this planet has much bigger potential than a small business in neighborhood. Get practice in explaining why Facebook, Snapchat, Google, Paypal, Amazon, Netflix are successful. Once you can explain that growth through the network effect, you will be also have the confidence and authority to explain bitcoin.

Also you should study and learn how the international monetary system works. How the Dollar or your local currency works. What the drivers and risks are. Most people have no clue what money is and how it really works. There would be riots in the streets once at least 10% of a population truly understands how money works.

There is nothing in the world that everyone on Earth believes in/accepts. Even some of the greatest people of all time have the most enemies. It is strange, isn't it?

The blockchain is not different. A technology so amazing, yet people who have no idea how it works decide that they don't like it and/or do not care enough to actually research it. I bet if they did they would change their minds, but oh well that only means more Bitcoin for us. Cheesy

the only reason why people don't believe in bitcoins is because they don't have much idea about it and they don't feel like risking their money by investing on it

The price is currently too high for people to even invest in the currency and with the new policies regarding black money and money laundering associated with bitcoins, common people wouldn't be willing to have any savings in it fearing of being incurred with heavy taxes and legal issues.

I think first and foremost, some might think that BTC is associated with gambling or washing black money. These group of people probably think that it's probably not possible for a virtual currency to overtake cash as well and going cashless might ultimately not be the best choice for the world advancement.

Many people are asking about the value behind bitcoin, and that is something hard to explain.
Bitcoin is not backed up by gold or anything like that. Thats why some people do not believe in it.
Bitcoin is an idea that grew. Now we have exchanges, payment solutions, casinos and many things more.
A whole economy all connected through bitcoin.

Because people need to show only in a clear example, what Bitcoin is, and how you can make money on it. Who will be interested in the goods, if you just tell about it, but do not show how it works.
I think they want some evidence that you could make and earn income by using bitcoin. In addition to that, they also think thay its scam but true its not scam because bitcoin will help you to gain more money that you need in your daily life. Lastly, I think they are lack of knowledge about bitcoin and I guess they dont have any interest in bitcoin.

Well, I guess why people dont believe in bitcoin because they dont didn't in bitcoin and they think that its a scam. However, some people still believe in bitcoin and they also gain more income. In addition to that, some people want some evidence to know the truth and if you want them to believe in bitcoin I think the best way to do is to show some proof that you could make and earn more money by using bitcoin.

It all depends on what it is, and how to make it easy to understand what it means to be interested

It is simply because they don't trusted you. There is what we called credibility issue about giving information. They don't trust you because maybe you are not close enough with each other. But what if your bestfriend is the one who told you about bitcoin, I believe you will trust him/ her.

I don't think that each and every person should like Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies at all because we live in the world of diversification and it is our identity. I bet, even after 10, 50 or 100 years not each and every person will be happy about Bitcoin and such people will keep using Fiat. It's nothing wrong with them, nothing wrong with Bitcoin but it's the way we live in a diversified environment.

I think, risk profile and other factors such as price volatility are scaring some people and that's why they don't trust it. However, I am happy with the current growth in the user base and the community.

Certainly for those who don't really understand bitcoin it would be difficult to have confidence about the prospect of bitcoin, probably because bitcoin is the internet currency and has no real form.
