As mentioned above, minereum offer the same service with about 10$ (10 minereum) with a full-time assistance. They just disabled this service till the end of ethereum hard fork (happened two days ago) and it must be active right now. So, what's the objectif of your service? You can create millions of ERC20/ERC23 tokens but will you check its real value? We see variety of tokens in the market made by non-professionals so i can see that's too easy creating one but what make the difference in the development phase?
