I am looking to organize a bitcoin conference in Vancouver, and I would really appreciate any protips/pointers people have. If you are an organizer of a previous crypto event please chime in.

Things I am looking for help/suggestions with:
Budget (Incl Speakers)
Venue Suggestions ( In terms of layouts)
Speakers to bring (Who would you like to see?)
Activities(What cool activities would you want to do at a bitcoin event ie:games etc)
Length(Fri-Sun? Thurs-Saturday)

Anything helps and I realize these are broad.

Thank you in advance for any help.

I was recently helping my boss to arrange a conference. The entire process was pretty challenging. The toughest task was to find a suitable venue for hire . I read tons of reviews on various sites and finally found a beautiful and well equipped one. I wish you good luck!
