I don't like webwallet so i prefer core. thats more safe then other options. You can make a cold wallet for longer term investments.
Hot wallets and web wallets are not safe to hold your coins inside. Anytime you will be got hacked.

i havent use NEO wallet, but i think you can use Binance as hot wallet, its fast and the withdraw is probably free why do not you consider an official purse to store these currencies? it is very convenient and simple! |

I want to invest NEP-5 token ICO's but I haven't downloaded NEO wallet yet. Which one should I pick for my need? I want to see and manage all my NEO based tokens in that wallet but also it must be lightweight. I don't want to download whole blockchain data to my computer.

If you have NEO on Bittrex, take it off Bittrex, it's not receiving any Gas for your proof of stake payouts/interest for holding NEO. Does Binance give GAS constantly? I have some NEO in Binance, I saw I got some GAS last week. |

I always keep in coins in exchange because most of the time I like to trade with other coins but if you want to hold it you can hold in their official wallet it is good and you can keep them secure there. There are many other wallets also where you can hold new if you want to hold for the long term then I will recommend you to hold in hardware wallet it is the most secure wallet for hold coins for the long term.

That's right and some are storing their neo to some exchanges like bittrex and binance and they're all can sleep in night soudly without even worrying that their coins might be hack anytime. Just use the required wallet and spare all of these. |
