About ways of spending funds from my previous answer:

Token-holders will be able to order some machine services using their crypto-currency wallet to pay for it. It doesn't mean that every token-holder will have his own robot.
I give you an example: you have some tokens and you need to buy... mm... a loaf of bread. Another man (let's call him Mike) has tokens too, but also he has a robot-baker, who can make this service for you. So you and Mike conduct a transaction - you get your bread, he gets tokens for his robot's work.

The announcement was made in Mass Media on time. If you are talking about exactly this topic - it was created not to inform about ICO, but to give current information about AIRA project.

AIRA (Autonomous Intelligent Robot Agent) project provides communication human-robot and robot-robot via liability smart contracts. AIRA is based on the open blockchain platform — Ethereum. Ethereum has a decentralized market, which can be connected to by different kinds of robots. After connection every robot can be found and “hired” by a human or organization in order to carry out some service: drone logistic, data transfer, etc. A robot owner can get profit in special currency called Air-tokens after his robot provides a service using AIRA. The main idea is that there is no mediator — only two sides who make a deal. In terms of economics it reduces the transactional costs greatly.

Hello! We had another topic. And actually still have, but it was easier for us to decorate a new topic so that it would look nice. That is our former topic http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1933224.0/

In this ANN people will be able to connect their robots to AIRA or find there necessary robots. There robots will offer their services and people or other robots will be able to use the services paying cryptocurrency for it.Also those ones who have fully-automated factories haviing connected such factories to AIRA will be able to save the production. Fully-automated factories are developed to work without human. But how can it learn about new tendencies at the market? If the item being produced by the fully-automated factory is out of demand the factory will soon become a bankrupt. Being connected to AIRA it will get information about demand and be ready to change its working process

AIRA is neither a trader platform nor a robot. A part of AIRA will keep its part of the bargain on behalf of a robot in some way. AIRA is a platform based on Ethereum network. Any robots can be connected to it and offer there services
