170 Satoshis/byte is a pretty low fee today so that's why it's not confirming. I'd suggest to always check https://bitcoinfees.21.co first,then send your transaction with a fee that you know how long will take to confirm.

Usually I suggest accelerating your transaction with https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ but I don't know if they'll ever be back up as they support BCH/BCC not the real bitcoin.

What wallet do you use? Most nowadays use a dynamic fee to help you avoid this. When on mycelium I know if I choose an "economic" fee option it's going to take 3+ hours to confirm. If your wallet doesn't use dynamic fees (where the fee changes based on where it should be for that day) you should switch wallets or go to the website I linked above to see what a decent fee would be. They change all the time so you can never count on one certain fee an any given day.

If it's going slow you can always use https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ too.

I use blockchain..  But in that time regular fee is 0.0006. I dont know their have a rule fee
