You can join the news channel posted in the telegram group for news and updates. The airdrop has finished last year and no more airdrop. The only way to get POS now is to buy from trading exchanges. The dev team is not always active in communication but I think they are always working behind the scenes.

staking is still profitable or it has to be huge stack to get few new pos minted?
for comparsion, i minted with 30 pos whole 1 pos after 10 days but it was more than month ago (and paid only 5 cents for ETH fee)
how is it now?

secondly was going to purchase pos again but lost 20$ with EtherDelta

The staking mechanism of POS will always be the same everytime so far the smartcontract is not dead or edited which I don't think is possible. Unlike conventional staking, your stake is not affected by network weight or so. A standard formular primarily governs the staking. The more POS you have, the more specific amount of staked POS you get for a certain period of time.

What actually determines the profitability of your staked POS is the price on trading exchanges.

 Please check your Postoken in etherscan if there's an additional token get in there without any receiving transaction of POS in your history.

I just spent $3 (101000/35) GAS and received my POS by sending 0 to myself on MEW. It was under 10 minutes. Ehtplorer and Etherscan are incorrect as far as my POS total, but MEW is spot on. I can dig it...

Think positively - you can lend ETH/POS only by converting that into USD. And the platform is now opened for everybody.
