Hey guys, first question here ever.
I'm Chinese and currently living in China, not in US. I happen to have a few USD in my us bank (wells fargo) account that I want to buy BTC/ETH.
I also have an US paypal account. I have a us number to receive messages as well。 But I'm not us citizen nor residence. I just have USD in my wells fargo bank account. I want to buy with USD and sell it to get USD as well. No other currency involved.
I've tried gamini, coinbase, both of which seems requiring me to be us residence.
Cex.io, kraken seems to be working so far, not requiring me to choose US as the country. But it's their reviews of withdrawal money are terrible, mostly 1 star. Is there anyone having experience with cex.io and kraken? and if both of them are ok, is one cheaper than the other?
I'm also a little worried that I will have difficulty getting actual USD back if I'm not a US citizen or residence. Hope it's possible, Thanks!!
BTW, I've noticed there is quite a lot person 2 person deal happening here. Not quite sure how does it work. Who sends first and how to we decide the price and how to guaranteed both way of transaction will happen? Just a little confused.
I don’t know which service will be more convenient for you to use to buy Bitcoin through the PayPal service, but if you want to use the card you can try to use the application from Indacoin. Already enough reviews about this application.
