315 Mhash/s with my Sapphire HD 5850, I've also overclocked it to whatever the maximum is in the standard ATI overclocking part of Catalyst Control Center. It's 85 celcius on maximum load at all times.

Download Sapphire Trixx and fix the fan speed higher. You should be able to get it up to 350MH/s easily while keeping a lower temperature.

Definitely, I'm hitting 318 on a 5830. He should be able to pull a whole lot more.

Currently using 2x5830 Sapphire "Extreme" cards with GUIminer ~ 600 M/Hash. My third 5830 is on the way so I should be around 900 when it's all said and done.

Is this a respectable amount of M/Hash?

I get just over 3.2, 3.3 ghash. 8x 5850s, all doing 400+ mhash. I use diablo miner with win 7, and ATI 10.4 drivers. sapphire xtreme, some new 230sa revisions that are better at clocking Smiley
