Is BTC starting to suffocate?

How fast that it went down to 94,611?  Don't worry about the congestion everything will be fine very soon ince Segwit got activated. And this is due to other miners jumped off to mine bcash so that's why we are experiencing a traffic right now. Anyway, do you have any transactions that aren't confirmed right now? are you in a rush?

No, I was just curious, I am not trading BTC or BCC actually I am into Altcoins but what happens to Bitcoin affects ETH, so I need to follow what BTC/BCC are doing to avoid massive dumps.

That has been the trend these days and I think its due to the fact that the transactions are being made with low transaction fees, you should be assured that your transaction is going to take long before its going to be confirmed.
