What if the first node is offline ? What is the purpose of having more online nodes if the first one rules the other one and the other ones cannot work without the first one. I don't get it.

Actually I guess  I don't know the exact reason

hugcoin has not a mining progress .. so how this block is creating  because of that we are saying and now we are screaming, need more information

Several nodes worked, so I don't understand this question... The HUG is in development phase, there may be problems. Yesterday, one of the servers stopped. The rest worked well. No transaction and coin lost.
