2. Use http://confirmtx.com/ for every transaction of no more than 500 bytes, the fee on the transaction can be lower than ViaBTC accepts (I haven't tested this service by myself yet).

it was a fake service as each time the clock hit 00.00 to 00.10 between the window every one was able to send his transaction ID to antpool free service ,
he was fooling us taking an advantage of that free service PM people like me with big transaction to send him more free BTC .
as antpool is close in china this member will never come back

abou Hashflare i find this is the block.io support response. They are fast respond.

"The issue is: Hashflare.io uses the same chain of UTXO to issue thousands of payouts, sequentially. The Bitcoin network only confirms 25 of their transactions in any given block, which means their transactions get delayed because the Bitcoin network won’t confirm them as fast as they are issuing the transactions.

The transactions will confirm eventually, but speeding this up is up to Hashflare.io, and they’ve already been made aware of this."

What were you thinking making a zero-fee transaction?

If you have an input like https://blockchain.info/address/1KN4DpvtaqiA2boakXozuf7ejvkerH3rZY , you're better off not using it. It costs more on fee than the 814 Satoshi it holds.
