Have some ideas to make decentralized bounty hunter platform, where everything what could be automated would be automated (no more google spreadsheet, no more manual work routine etc). All bounty campaigns in one place. Also i plan to add rating service for all participants (it will consider previous quality feedback for example for translation bounty campaign hunters etc).

a question to bounty managers and hunters - taking this into consideration, would you prefer to work through such kind of automated platform   or    it is good for you what you have right now and continue to work through google spreadsheet etc? and what kind of routine work do you spend time most of all and would like to automate it?

and one more thing. Lately a lot of ico organizators draw a conclusion that running bounty campaign is not effective or close to this. The reason is a lot of dead accounts used by bounty hunters to earn tokens, a lot of noise in BT forum but low results, non-targeted ads in social network etc. This is why they prefer to use paid channels to attract (adwords, facebook, twitter paid ads, nishe crypto portals, listings etc). As far as i understand if bounty campaigns would not be effective at all - so ico admins would not use them at all (but it's not like that). on the other hand if efficiency is really low but still present - so why not use it, anyway it is much more cheaper than traditional PR promotion?

so how would you rate a current bounty campaign efficiency comparing to traditional paid advertising?

I think it will be difficult to make a fool proof automated method to look over bouty participants activities. How can you check the quality of post for example?

I think its effective many of the companies are being successful because of the bounties. Its use to spread the name of the company to be well known.

You have made a good submission which I subscribe to but there is no way to remove totally the human element out of the equation because a lot of those "noises" you talked about, is not about the Google spreadsheet or the manual counting rather its on human beings subjectivity which will not be removed even if the other processes are being automated to give more efficiency they will only reduce the effort and not eradicate it.

On the ineffectiveness of all these campaign you also made reference to, I see it as the fault of promoters or developers, a lot of them just decide to launch without eben studying the market and the right time to launch. Funny thing is that a lot of competing project are laughing at the same time which makes the attention of potential investors divided and these projects don't have the solid financial backing to outdo each other. But if there is good timing or something that regulates how project launch, then all these might be reduced to a large extent.
