Do we need to send from MyEtherWallet? It asks me for 2 parameters: gas limit and gas price.

75k price usually goes through, limit is whatever you're willing to pay Ethereum miners to include the transaction in the block to ensure your purchase goes through - the small gas price will come out of your payment
