I want to launch ICO for our business and was searching for the platforms. I contacted both tokenmarket and tokenhub but seems like they are super busy and can't talk to me for weeks.

Well, I can launch on the idea and build software for that but I think managing ICO should be left on the 3rd independent parties. I want to build my solution but not the platform to run crowdsale. There should be more crowdsale soutions like tokenhub but I can't seem to find any more.

Does anyone know of any other player in the market?

You can create your tokens for example on ethereum and waves.
Waves is selfexplaining. Just create an account on waveswallet.io and go to the tab token creation. That costs one waves.
Ethereum is more expensive, as I read somewhere but is recommended for serious projects.

Once you created your token, you can start your ico.
Post for example here on bitcointalk and find exchangers for example bittrex, yobit, cryptopia or livecoin for offering your token. Also signature campaign could be good to make your project popular
