Choosing a blockchain for an investment platform with reputation algorithms

    I am working on a concept for a semi-decentralized trading platform.

    Users would need to be able to have all transactions and actions recorded to the blockchain and then calculated by a reputation algorithm to give a weighted network user reputation function. Also, the user reputation function needs to be able to be an input to generate collective project reputation for assets issued on the platform, ie. colored coins.

   Any guidance on what blockchain would be best suited to a project like this?
