I was reading whole introductory opening post and found it very interesting project. I would surely will put some money into it. That is still much time as ICO will be kicked off in October so dev also has sufficient time to market and promote this project in all this time.

Really interesting. Is there anymore information on the 'proof of importance' mechanism? Not sure I've seen something like it before, is it something you've created from scratch or built on from somewhere else?

Not sure I understand it entirely but the proof of importance is used to reward creators of content who receive the most citations etc.

The algorithm they used is NCDawareRank.
