I've had several messages asking about my strapmod cgi utility from people that are apparently too lazy to read my blog.  The first time I posted it in these forums, I used a link to a domain that I later let expire.  Weeks before it expired, I posted a link to the following blog article, which in turn has a link to the cgi using the direct IP address of my server.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
