Can anyone already encounter a freezing account i got freeze my account. but the poloniex support still did not reply.
We can't call them scam till now but their support system is really poor and they are known for frozing account without any prior notice.
I have shifted to bittrex already but I suggest you to get basic verification there too before using them, if you failed to do so you might get into similar trouble there too. But best part of bittrex is that they are really fast in responding to support tickets.
