Does anybody know why Kraken disabled the use of viqc?

I have submitted a ticket, but no answer for days now.

Does anybody know of another way to handle a purchase for €100 of BTC without having to make calculations in the php files?

Have they answered your ticket yet?

Just tried to use viqc and no luck, was one of the reasons I opted to use Kraken so really hope they will turn it back on soon.

For those who googled their way here and need closure, here's the email I got from "Johnny" at Kraken ~24 hours after opening a ticket on this issue:
