Why it is not fair as the prizes are based on how much we wager, it will not affect other player's prizes imho. It will be different if the prizes are fixed like wagering contest, but this one is like a cashback where players get some percentages on what they have wagered.

Because prizes usually are for players, not for them that build the casino. Of course it is not fair, you build a site for people to play instead of giving players the winning you will save some coin for yourselves too because you as the admin take part in it so whatever the outcome is, admin will still be on the leaderboard
