Crypto Vault

Crypto Vault is a universal digital currency wallet. We are in the early development stages and almost have the bitcoin wallet live, but plan on supporting many altcoins. Initially the wallet will allow users to send/receive and hold their currency but we are planning to support buy and sell functions directly from a bank/debit card.

We wanted to check and see what altcoins the community is holding that they wish they had an easy place to store, and what coins/tokens do you think would be the easiest for users who are brand new to cryptocurrency to understand.

Key Features of the Wallet

  • Universal Wallet - A wallet that support many cryptocurrencies.
  • Buy and Sell - The ability to buy altcoins directly from your bank account or debit card.
  • Best Market Price - Since the price of a cryptocurrency can vary from one exchange to the next, we are planning on linking our software to the API's of multiple exchanges. Thus we will be able to offer to our users the ability to buy or sell their cryptocurrency of choice at the best market price available.
  • Profile View - We will include graphs for users to track the overall value of their wallets.

We are interested in what features you would want included in your digital wallet.

Comment here or feel free to reach out to us on our website at www.cryptovault.co.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Great idea if you manage to pull it off. I just started with all this crypto business about a month ago and already I have at least 5 different wallets.

One wallet to rule them all  Grin

What features do you really like about Electrum?

Any bounty campaigns available?

We are still creating this as part of our marketing plan and there very likely will be campaigns to come. First we are developing the back and want to ensure functionality and security. Then we will launch into aesthetics and marketing.

This idea seems a good one and would certainly make keeping wallets and control of all your precious crypto's a darn site easier especially for newbs. I will keep an eye on the upcoming plans and features for this.

Good luck!!!

How'd you manage to sync more than 7/ 8/ tops 10 blockchains? you'll have problem with some coins without a lite wallet, you'll have problem with allowing several ports to be opened and problem with connectivity. there is an online wallet which works for staking coins and is called POSWALLET.com and Waves already has gateways for the major coins in their lite wallet.

Thanks Ell- -Mine,

We'll continue to post updates on this thread. Since we're in the development stages if there are any features that you or others appreciate in your current wallets or would like to see added to your wallet feel free to post here and we can take this into consideration as we are developing our software.

Looking for any further feedback from users on specifics that they like and/or dislike in their current wallet systems.

One thing we are looking into (which I edited my post above) is linking our wallet to multiple exchanges to provide the best market price for when users buy or sell their crypto through our wallet.

We appreciate your feedback on this concept.

This is brilliant idea to buy sell top coins with comfort at a place but no introduction about the team members who are developing this platform. Are you looking for open an ICO in future what plan you have to cover the expanses of development.

We are looking at doing a token launch in the future (move on this in the future), but the first steps we're working on is perfecting the concept of the project. Once we have this nailed down we will start introducing the team, launching our marketing etc.

Feature Update: Best Market Price

Crypto Vault will be linking our software to multiple exchanges to provide our users with the best possible price when buying and selling their virtual currency.

Many wallet systems are linked to their own exchange (for example coinbase is linked to GDAX). Our service will not be an exchange where we match buyers and sellers. Instead users will buy or sell directly to us.

Our software will at the same time scan the exchanges that we support and replace the bought/sold currency - thus allowing users to get the best price.

Example:

Let's say you wanted to buy 1 bitcoin from Crypto Vault. At the time of writing this post, the market price on BTCC is $3,981.99 and bitstamp is $3,921.39. We would then offer the user to buy 1 bitcoin at the $3,921.39 price point (assuming the orderbook on bitstamp can sustain a full 1btc order). The user would be informed of their transaction fee (which covers our cost and provides our company's profit) and accept the purchase.
When the purchase is accepted it will trigger our software to buy 1 btc on bitstamp so we can replenish our storage of Bitcoin.

Any exchange fees for placing market orders, thin order books (if only 0.5btc was available at $3,921.39 and then another 0.5 was available at $3921.40), etc. will be incorporated into our transaction fees.

@Crypto_Vault , CREAMcoin like your idea, waiting for further development, and hoping that you will consider addition of [CRM] to your services.

As an update, we should have the beta wallet live in the next few days which will support bitcoin. If anyone is interested in testing it out, send us a message.
