I had sent an email regarding KYC for bounty participants a couple of days ago and this is the reply I received today:

For bounty participants, we won't be implementing a KYC process.
This is due to that no transaction was made between the ICON Foundation and the bounty participants.
The ICX that we are giving you is a compensation for your participation thus, we are not implementing the KYC process for bounty program participants.

We have just over 2 more weeks to do KYC.

Each Friday, batches of emails will be sent out to anyone that has completed their KYC. You will receive a receipt if your KYC was successful or be issued with a rejection, where you can re-attempt your KYC.

After the KYC finishes, there will be an additional 2 weeks allotted for AML to be completed.

Maybe try through an incognito on Chrome. Also, head over to Telegram and ask the mods. They'll either get you to email through to support or direct message them, maybe both. You'll get a quicker response there
