I just got the email earlier today about my ETH from the ICO being refunded... I actually wasn't even aware of the KYC process due to carelessness, but since they're verifying until December 4th, is there any way I can still claim my ICON?
Between moving, college, work and all this craziness in the past month and a half, I really had no idea and it would be horrible if I missed out on this opportunity as I immediately invested in ICON upon hearing about the project because it gained my belief and trust that it would be a great project...
ICON is a project I really believe in and I would really like to still take part... Anyone on the icon team or anybody who knows where I can quickly contact them, it would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully I can just manually KYC via email or something like that...

Thing is, I use my alternative email account that has tons of spam for a lot of stuff because I reserve my normal one for personal everyday stuff. Now that I went and searched, I do see several of them, but like I said, during that time, I was moving and extremely busy and didn't really have much time to do it. If I'd have known there was a deadline, I definitely would have... Surely there's something they can do? |

Don't mean to spam, but if there's any way I could contact the team more directly that you guys would know of, it would be greatly appreciated. I've already tried to email the multiple accounts shown on the website, and of course here, as well as on their Facebook page with no luck... It would be devastating if I couldn't take part in this awesome project... Yes it is totally my fault, but I really hope they can help me out and I'm fully willing to cooperate to get that to happen. Hopefully a team member sees this.  |

That's part of my fear, but it's the reason why I invested in the first place. The team seemed to have a brilliant vision that could be useful day-to-day... Can't believe I didn't realize to go through the KYC process... Really hoping someone from the team gets back to me... |

This team works professionally although the ICO encountered the ban in Korea some months ago. Every action is in step-by-step and I believe that this will be NEO of Korea in very near future.

People, Have patience. ICON ICX is the Ethereum of South Korea , like Cardano $800M (Ethereum of Japan) and NEO (Ethereum of China) $2.5B To me it looks like its has a better working platform and more proved than NEO and Cardano, So I expect at least $800M Volume which means a price of $2 for 1 ICX (400,000,000 toekns) . No Mention that ICON ICX has the same owners as https://coinone.co.kr/ Coinone Exchange https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/coinone/Coinone and ICON are owned by the same company, so I assume they will list ICON ICX. in Coinone Exchange the lowest volume of Coin is Qtum with $1B. If ICX will woth $1B it means $2.5 for 1 ICX Because Of the great platform and the same owner of Coinone and Because it's South Korea I expect in the mid term $1B-$1.5B, and long term $2B-$5B. So For Summary: Short Term: $800M - $1B ($2-$2.5 per ICX) Mid Term (6-12 months): $1b-1.5B ($2.5-$3.75 pre ICX) Long Term (1-2 years): $2B-$5B ($5-$12.5) This is one of best coins. Gah, still haven't been able to contact them. I've emailed them once a day for the past three days with no luck... Anyone have a phone number or something for the team that maybe I can call? If so, could you send me a DM? Or any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

I believe in the project too, yet I've been trying to contact the team through their several email accounts, twitter, and of course here as well, to no avail.
They do seem to be out doing PR, promoting the project and so on, but it would be nice if they answered some emails now and again...
