What is the "BTC wallet company" that you are talking about?
If you can access the private key, that you sent BCH to, you could always import the private key into a wallet software on your computer and spend the coins from there or store.
For us to help you, you will need to provide more information about the wallets, the txid's and such. The more information you provide, the better we can ask to your questions.
Looking towards your answer, Best regards.

Seems like you did send BCH, and not BTC.
If you sent BCH to BTC address, you can only contact unipay and ask them to return the BCH.
Since BTC and BCH addresses are on the same  format, and start with the same letter, mistakes like this can happen to the most of us.

Sorry, but only the  holder of the private key can help you to get BCH back.

Well unipay has the private key for your transfer, so you could always ask them if they can give you the private key for the transfer that you did to them.
Otherwise there is no hope, or if they are not working with you, you could always fill a scam accusation. However, you were supposed to send BTC and not BCH, so it is kind of your fault as well.
However, if they say that they cannot access the private key of the address, they are lying then because the private keys are same for BCH and BTC.

poloniex can not give me private key for this transaction ?

You just said that you sent the coins to unipay, or where did you send from and where?
This is pretty confusing, because only thing that matters is the service which you sent the coins to, because the transaction is long ago confirmed so the sender cannot help you at all.
You need to contact the service, which was the one who received instead of the sender.

Absolutely yes they lost, you can't send BCH to BTC wallet address even though BCH and BTC have same format for their address.
The company like "BTC wallet company" usually have some warning like "we will not be held responsible for any loss and mistake" such as sending BCH to BTC wallet address. It seems like you can't expect the best from the company, you should be prepared to loss. Sorry Sad
