So others can participate as well, its the same thing as double dipping if the first participants are allowed to join, having a few more people holding tourism coin can increase its visibility to other traders. |

Hm, I can see why 1st airdrop participants are excluded from the 2nd airdrop, but why make the number of tokens the same?
If the first and second airdrop are exactly the same, why have two separate airdrops in the first place instead of just leaving the first one running?
