People could use bitwala for example BTC VCC's, which can be used with paypal, or they could order just one of those anonymous VCC's (by anonymous i mean that they don't have to provide ID).
The 15% charge is just way too much when they can get the same service for like 2-3% fee by themselves as well, you do not even mention an escrow on the post.
You do not have enough trust to ask payment first, at least for the members with green trust and long trading history.

Did you hear yourself? Not all the people knows what you knew. And I don't force anyone, I just want to help and earn at the same time thats the reason % is higher to the normal one.

I do not see how a person could do that, because escrow will be following setup rules considering the deal (which can be arranged together with escrow).
