I agree with you that it is not a right practice to paste or ask questions concerning bounty campings in the Ann but then again, I think why they do things like that might be that they have tried laying their complain on the bounty thread but didn't get a response hence they decided to disturb the Ann thread.  If the bounty Managers starts answering, situations like this can be averted. Thank.

Yes. People should be informed right after the ico of how much was collected or atleast an estimation of the collection will do.

I guess it was an amount lower than expected, hence they extended the token sale until 7th May.
