The system accepts the info, please read the instruction: "Once it’s submitted, don’t panic when it disappears. This is how to will then track your likes and shares."

I guess you didn't forget that people are constantly posting there about there queries for some weeks now without any update, from page 13 - 33 (until you posted that the campaign ended).
No one is updating these participants about the status of your campaign and they are even asking if "devs or managers are still alive."

As we said there already: The tokens will be distributed after ICO ends.
So everything is fine.
