Canary, I'm starting to think your goal is to just drum up drama. It's really ok to
just attack me on one thread, even if it happens to be my own sales thread. Your voice is loud enough over there that you don't need to crowd other places.
I understand you've had a crappy day, but this is not the way you should treat a fellow re-seller and this is exactly why I feel ASICM should make a decision regarding re-sellers. I'm a friendly guy and I'm being treated downright hostile at present. My post was neutral and just calling on my own customers to share feedback - I didn't involve you at all.
A good lesson to learn here is to work on one-on-one communication before over-reacting. It's often the fastest way to a resolution and definitely the least juvenile.
