Yes i am and i can say it is a good ico. The reason it already has their product which is their app. The app couldn't find much success but with the money being raised it can create demand for the tokens in the future.
I was been joining in some ICO before and i see that there is a big potential in any ICO specialy if you choose the good ICO your money will make it 10x more in just only a few weeks one things you just have to make sure is you have to study first before you invest.
There is no guarantee in ico that you will make 10x though seeing the results of recent ico it has been possible but don't ever invest in ico thinking it's guaranteed profit.
