Looking to partner on expert advice for companies/projects in our incubator (http://www.whiteboard.vc/accelerator.html)

What are the various considerations founders need to get ahead of in their plan for an ICO? How does company/entity incorporation or registration vary based on type of business and or token commodity: Hedge fund (Metastable Cap?) vs. Tech. enabler (Litecoin) vs. VC (Blockchain Cap?)
