How do anyone know that it's a "big project"? I think it's better to start crowdsale AFTER you show some proof or you development work, especially if you plan to publish some code really soon.
Again, for now it's just a whitepaper, nothing else (and you even agree with this!). No blogposts, no videos, no articles...

Well, as per the latest definition, the promise of dividends alone can already be seen as a security and is therefore subject to regulations.
We would have loved to share the revenue with all token holders, but no, there will be no dividends. The AUTH token solely serves as fuel for the platform.

We are funded and we will develop the Authoreon platform with or without a successful crowdsale.
So the investors share our vision and want to become a supporting and accelerating part of the Authoreon community - or not, or maybe not now.

We are convinced and we have the confidence, that the advantages of our products and the problems is solves will convince the investors - if not now, then in a year.
